Sonny is nearing completion of his Level 5 diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy at the North London School of Sports Massage, a highly respected institution.
Along with his passion for massage therapy, Sonny is a qualified football coach. He provides personal coaching sessions and is a lead coach at Wycombe Wanderers

Along with his passion for massage therapy, Sonny is a qualified football coach. He provides personal coaching sessions and is a lead coach at Wycombe Wanderers FC Women where his squad compete at a high level within the game.
Sonny has had a successful career within the creative industries working with artists, collectors and other stakeholders affiliated to the arts industry. His main duties were sourcing solutions to creative projects and connecting people to facilitate profitable outcomes.
Sonny is always seeking to expand his knowledge and understanding of human function and behaviours, nutrition and positive mindset techniques.

In the environments we live, we all experience various short and long term stresses and traumas. These have an influence on the way our bodies function and cope on a day to day basis. If we do not address these ‘stresses’, then over time our bodies reach a point where certain dysfunctions occur and we either adapt, experience pain or a discomfort sets in.
Healing does not occur in isolation but through cooperation and the application of a holistic approach.
Sonny's vision is to support all those that he engages with on this path to healing and optimal functioning (homeostasis) through the power of connection.
He holds the belief that discussion, touch therapy, mobilisation, self nourishment and enrichment are just some of the key routes to the alleviation of physiological and psychological pain and discomfort.
